In this role, you'll responsible for delivering best-in-class customer support to new and existing contractors in the Omaha Metro and Lincoln area.

On a day-to-day basis, duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Accessing customer needs and ensuring accuracy in order processing.
Building lasting relationships with local contractors.
Routinely, visit local contractors to provide product knowledge.
Consistently deliver exceptional customer experience to customers Have a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
Build strong partnerships with the coworkers and warehouse team.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening.
Required skills Self-starter, able to work independently.
Must be willing to learn our methods and procedures.
Knowledge in exterior building products such as siding, windows, etc.
Effective written and oral communication skills - Spanish speaking is a plus! Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily Attentiveness and patience Time-management skills Social Media Marketing experience preferred Job Type:
