Ensure all related maintenance records Performed as required by the manufacturer and in accordance with the warranty specifications Maintain the pool/hot tub according to department of health standards and brand standards Providing maintenance repairs to guestrooms, public areas and administrative offices Monitor the level and quality of services performed by outside contractors in accordance with all lease agreements, service contracts and warranties Maintain a work order assignment program for completed and pending work orders Stay informed of maintenance needs and ensure timely responses to requests Direct the activities of the maintenance staff, ensuring appropriate and adequate staffing; trains Inspect building's grounds and buildings on a daily basis to identify maintenance needs Perform preventive, corrective maintenance and breakdown maintenance on plant production and support euipment Provide facility-wide mechanical maintenance support to minimize production downtime and ensure efficiency and quality Assess and direct the maintenance team and make recommendations to ownership regarding cost containment and asset preservation Oversee all departmental task lists and crew scheduling including day maintenance, rehearsal and training and show calls Calculate, submit and monitor actual departmental costs against and insure that costs do not exceed budget Develop and maintain maintenance department programs to assure that the Quality Assurance Program for each brand criteria are met Assist in the preparation of staff work and preventive maintenance schedules, daily rounds, as well as maintaining an inventory of supplies and tools Assist with organizing and prioritizing service requests and general maintenance tasks Reporting directly to the Property Manager/Regional Manager Maintain appropriate supplies for the section, prepare and maintain updated test procedures, and be responsible for quality control and preventive maintenance and proficiency testing for the section Ensure all departmental designs, equipment, systems, functions, procedures, show tracks, maintenance and inspections logs, special projects Who We Are What You'll Do We're looking for outgoing individuals who have experience in the Maintenance field and LOVE fixing things! As part of our Maintenance team, you'll be responsible for preventative maintenance, work orders for bathrooms, TV's, AC's (basically all hotel items), and maintaining the pool! This is a hands-on position where you need to be passionate about fixing maintenance issues in a speedy manor to ensure every guest has an amazing hotel experience!
