Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and efficient individual to join our dynamic team.
In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining our facility's mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.
You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, using a variety of tools and equipment.
This is a permanent position, offering competitive benefits and a stimulating work environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools and reassemble equipment Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work Coordinate work functions with co-workers, engineers, and other department personnel Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Assist with other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role Proficient understanding of preventive maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and machine repair Experience with welding, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail Excellent physical condition and ability to perform tasks that require strength such as lifting heavy objects Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus Join us to contribute to a team that values professionalism, competency, and teamwork.
