00pm) Are you positive and enjoy helping customers? Physicians Mutual is seeking positive, customer-focused Teleservice Representatives to place calls to current customers to assist them with questions regarding coverage, claim status, policy changes, and explain products and services available.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome new customers - Conduct outbound calls to customers to follow up questions regarding policy information - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights - Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Competitive Benefits!
