For over 64 years now, our entire premise for doing business for the next 64 is to mentor, train, and grow our team to continue to provide the level of service our customers expect.
Our team is able to do this because our management team has an average tenure of 13 years, our sales team 7 years, and our customer service team 14 years.
All of this tenure creates our team-based culture and camaraderie; second to none.
We offer a minimum guarantee of $4500/Month for the first 3 months.
After that, the $4500 guarantee is predicated on a rolling average of at least 8 cars/month to maintain it.
We also offer all of the benefits listed below in addition to the minimum guarantee for the first 3 months.
Position Expectations 1.
Be filled with initiative, carry a positive attitude daily, and be a good teammate! 2.
Become a basic marketer:
marketing your person, your place, and your product.
3.
Build a knowledge base on the current inventory.
4.
Help customer find the right vehicle and attempt to make if affordable.
5.
Complete the vehicle purchase.
6.
Courtesy consumer follow-up and network for referrals.
