The Innovation Analyst is a cross-functional partner with expertise in primary research methods, data science and key performance indicator (KPI) measurement.
As part of the Strategy and Innovation team, this person is responsible for ensuring the business evolves according to strategic and customer needs.
Integrity, dependability and relationship-building are essential to success in this role.
What you'll do:
Consult with technical and business teams to determine strategic and customer needs; build enabling tools to synthesize information from various sources.
Present concise recommendations to leadership; collaborate with stakeholders to evolve offerings that advance strategy and add value to the customer experience.
Design and execute primary research studies or KPI measurement systems to understand relational, behavioral and operational data; apply appropriate qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Support ad-hoc requests and other duties as assigned.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or related field 3
years' experience in research, analytics or strategy and confidence in public speaking Experience supporting measurement projects such as surveys/focus groups or KPI dashboarding.
Skills in organizing/analyzing data and identifying meaningful patterns.
The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:
Health insurance or health care industry knowledge Experience coordinating strategic or customer innovation initiatives.
Experience building, administering and distributing metric dashboards.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
