Essential job duties include:
Updates and inputs data into HRIS and various HR databases.
Assists in the scanning and upload of employee file documents into HRIS.
Monitors/audits I-9 completion statuses.
Serves as a point of contact for applicant inquiries related to hiring and onboarding processes.
Maintains information in Excel spreadsheets/Smartsheet's.
Assists with internal and external job fairs.
Assists with projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
6 months to 1-year experience working in an office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to type 40-50 wpm is preferable Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or CRM (ADP preferred but not required).
Must be detail oriented and be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Must have effective communication skills, good follow through, and above average sense of urgency.
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends if needed.
Bilingual preferred, but not required Schedule Requirements:
This is a temporary, full-time day shift position, approximately 40 hours per week.
