Essential Duties Partners with and supports Sr.
Recruiter as needed.
Posts jobs on ATS and promotes to other sites as needed.
Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Screens applications, resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), Administers appropriate assessments and questionnaires and monitors for completion.
Coordinates and schedules interviews with Sr.
Recruiter and Hiring Managers.
Coordinates and schedules drug testing, DOT, and/or physical as needed and monitors for results.
Delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.
g.
, benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
Creates new employee profiles in Netchex.
Sends new employee paperwork and ensures completion and accuracy before start date.
Completes new employee onboarding process via appropriate forms, emails, and calendar invitations.
Communicates new hire's needs/information with HR, IT and Hiring Manager.
Sends appropriate training documentation/plan to Hiring Managers if applicable for role.
Completes I-9 e-verify process for all new hires in accordance with legal requirements.
Maintains ATS/HRIS templates (including, but not limited to offer letters, procedure communication, and new hire paperwork/tasks) and ensures accuracy and completeness.
Partners with HR to ensure offer letters and new hire paperwork and procedures are accurate and reflects current policies and practices.
Updates Open Requisition Report weekly.
Sends and tracks 30,60,90 day new hire surveys.
Uses traditional and nontraditional resources such as social networking, career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc.
, to identify and attract quality candidates.
Builds relationships with high schools, community organizations, colleges, and universities to implement recruiting initiatives.
Represents Woodhouse at career fairs and recruiting events.
Partners with Directors and Managers to determine staffing needs.
Ensures openings are approved by Directors/Leadership before posting.
Conducts in-take meetings with hiring managers to determine job requirements for open requisitions.
Stays abreast of current laws and regulations impacting recruiting and employment practices.
Completes work with utmost professionalism.
Follows established organizational and Human Resources procedures and health and safety policies.
Other Duties Assists with employer branding initiatives and employee engagement events (I.
e.
, Brand Ambassador Program and Employee Appreciation Week).
Assists in ongoing management and development of employee development and training programs, such as Lube to Line, Tuition Assistance, and Salesperson onboarding.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent experience.
One to two years experience recruiting.
Job Knowledge/Skills Required Ability to operate a personal computer; knowledge of the databases and spreadsheet programs utilized.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants and employees.
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
