This position is responsible for managing and supporting marketing initiatives on behalf of the Division Marketing team.
The Marketing Specialist will work with the Division Director and in direct partnership with the Marketing Supervisor in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategy ranging in scope from hospital and clinic-specific to system-wide.
He/she will work with stakeholders and use best practices to promote services lines, medical school, physicians and collaborative ventures, as well as the CHI Health brand.
This role will function as an individual contributor within the department as well as support larger initiatives within Marketing Division.
Responsibilities Marketing Specialist Not a Remot Role Under the leadership of the Division Director and Marketing Supervisor, develop and implement CHI Health marketing programs as assigned - build brand equity, consumer engagement and overall growth in service lines, physician practices and business units within the organization.
Collaborate with other members of the Division to ensure that plans are established and work is managed in order to meet defined objectives and timelines.
Assist in the management of individual budgets for key areas of oversight, such as service lines and Clinic to ensure appropriate utilization and maximization of resources.
Assist Marketing leadership in coordinating advertising efforts designed to increase awareness and strengthen the brand of CHI Health.
Establish a functional understanding of and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for direct-to-consumer campaigns.
Work with service line and Clinic representatives to identify collateral needs and develop appropriately.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations or communication.
Knowledge in marketing, advertising and brand management Knowledge and understanding of the health care industry.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to work in a large geographically diverse system.
Collaborative work style.
Pay Range $21.
80 - $31.
62 /hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
