69/hr JOB DESCRIPTION Primary Duties Review project completion reports for accuracy and completeness.
Merge the reports into the right of way records systems, maintaining consistency with the existing right of way records.
Create and file new instruments modifying existing records consistent with the existing right of way records.
Scan documents to right of way section of P8.
Review right of way documents, permits, and construction requirements involved with construction projects.
Research and analyze company records to determine existing land rights.
Database administration, document preparation, FERC notification letters, completion package preparation, weekly reports.
Process third-party invoices Field and process phone calls directed to the department Performance Expectations To perform duties with high degree of accuracy.
To review, analyze, and file completion reports by targeted due dates.
To prepare documents for various capital projects and to submit reports weekly.
Position Requirements Able to read, interpret and plat legal descriptions.
Able to determine ownership rights by following a chain of title.
Able to work independently under time constraints and exacting deadlines.
Able to function well as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
Attention to detail.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
