Product & Innovation is a team of product managers, designers, architects, developers, and QA engineers that create and transform ideas into disruptive products.
We are looking for a Sr.
Software Support Developer to join our team to support products and services that thousands of people use.
This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of products and features for our customers.
In this position, you will collaborate with multiple teams focused on building our suite of external facing products to provide defect resolution, reliability, and sustainability enhancements within our platforms.
This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with team of developers adhering to current standards and roadmaps.
The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities, be passionate about building/maintaining high quality customer applications and be innovative in their solutions.
The ideal candidate has varied technical experience using both back end and front end technologies.

Responsibilities:
Be an example for people in exhibiting Medical Solutions core values every day Maintain, troubleshoot and support applications that serve our external customers Assist in production defect resolution and root cause analysis Partner with feature delivery teams to coordinate defect resolution and deployments Serve as a technical subject matter expert with a strong understanding of the business processes supported by our applications Participate in scrum ceremonies as well as other SLDC activities Complete tasks on time and in accordance with acceptance criteria Adhere to established coding standards, best practices and testing guidelines Stay current with industry trends and the approved enterprise technologystack Produce technical documentation as needed Mentor less experienced developers Work with cross-functional resources such as UI/UX Designers, DBAs, Infrastructure, etc.
Participate in peer code reviews Required
Qualifications:

years in application software development High demonstrable knowledge of C# and.
Net Core development Experience with SQL Relational Databases Experience with React, React Native Experience providing customer support for custom applications Experience with agile development methodologies using GitFlow workflow Experience using Integrated Development Environments like Visual Studio Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure DevOps and AWS Experience developing applications in a microservice environment Working knowledge of the SDLC Process Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving skills to analyze, debug and fix technical issues.
