We are seeking a Product Owner for our Cloud Enablement team motivated to take on challenges in a growing and dynamic environment as we invest in a cloud adoption program.
The Product Owner for Cloud Enablement is responsible for the current cloud environment including delivery and support of business requirements, security remediation, and ensuring outcome of key architectural roadmap items.
The Product Owner will identify user needs, determine functional requirements and high-level features, work with cross-functional teams to manage releases, and coordinate sprints.
Responsible for facilitating communication between stakeholders and cross-functional team(s), as well as helping clearly define what should be built on behalf of the relevant business team(s) and why.
Candidate should have deep understanding and experience of driving and owning cloud product delivery.
Experience in Agile methodologies is a core requirement, and the candidate must be detail oriented with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management across multiple departments.
Required Knowledge:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in education and experience Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.
) Knowledge of software development practices and procedures Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as Azure, JIRA, or Rally 7-10 years related work experience 3
years professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Team Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum MasterPreferred Knowledge:
Cloud native services (Azure, AWS, GCP) Certified Scrum Product Owner Experience implementing and maintaining governance processes Experience with business analysis or project management Familiarity with continuous delivery and continuous integration Insurance industry and product knowledgeSkills:
