Production Operations Manager

We are looking for FT employment, someone that wants to help people and looking for a career.
Our primary customers are homeowners, insurance adjusters and contractors.
We are cover Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota.
As Production Operational Manager you will oversee the production team and work closely with Warehouse and Field managers.
This is not a desk job you will be on your feet all day.
Duties and Responsibilities and Skill Requirements:
Maintains a consistent & productive workflow for all restoration production while minimizing overtime and maintaining all quality standards.
Properly coordinates and completes all restoration production work in a timely manner while working with other departments and managers as needed.
Oversees the textiles and contents employees Meets with these department heads weekly to review key issues, procedures & concerns.
Inform Office Manage when supplies as needed for each of these departments.
Properly maintains restoration production staff attendance records and documents, putting necessary information in employee files.
Preform necessary production training for any employee in production.
Inspects equipment to insure it works properly and performs minor repairs as needed.
Produces reports and attends management meetings as required.
Works with top management to ensure company goals and objectives are met in a timely manner.
Update google drive each night for daily schedule.
Update Production sheet on what stage each job is on.
Run all 7:
00 AM Huddle to get the team started for the day.
Assign tasks to each department.
Sign off on all report for SPOT and QR - for completion of jobs.
