19JOB SUMMARYDelivers group and individual instruction required to complete structured training and public classes in a supportive, all-inclusive classroom environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate and teach participants curriculum in a classroom setting.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, accounting, customer service, senior learning, IT, and/or youth fields preferred Create a supportive classroom setting that helps participants overcome issues developed in past learning experiences.
Adapt curriculum and develop materials according to the needs of the program and participants.
Ability to make accommodations to different learning styles to support the completion of classroom learning.
Develop learning contracts/individualized lesson plans for each participant as needed Track participant academic progress and completion process of required hours.
Create and modify curriculum for staff or participants.
Assist with utilizing a learning platform and/or database to track classes and/or training progress and participant outcomes.
Accurately document the progress of participants and completed activities, and log appropriate services in the participant electronic file.
Ensure that participant records are organized and legible in accordance with Goodwill policies and procedures and CARF requirements.
Meet or exceed performance expectations as defined in Goodwill's Balanced Scorecard.
Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position.
Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Services or related field is preferred.
Two or more years of facilitating or teaching in a group setting preferred.
Valid driver's license requiredCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS First Aid/CPR Certification preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Must be able to travel within the Goodwill service area using personal transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings Must have strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills Must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines Must have good computer skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDSSedentaryLifting up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and files.
Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
