Responsibilities:
Lead strategy deployment.
Ensure strategic alignment through cascading Key Performance Indicators (KPls' top down and bottom up.
Support site leadership team in creating strategic vision of improvement goals, site master plan (deployment roadmap and maturity expectations based on priorities and governance process across relevant TPM/Lean and Excellence components.
Partner with plant Leadership team and Business Unit Managers/ Leader to co-develop and execute the plant's implementation of the Ops Excellence and Cost to Win plan /budget.
Coach the plant leadership team, with regards to Operational Excellence, with focus on external and internal benchmarking.
Develop and mentor zero loss mindset across critical areas to optimize quality, delivery and cost while improving safety.
Develop and grow capability through components and component teams to establish the fundamentals of excellence in safety, quality, and reliability.
Coach and guide site to ensure focus of resources and time on priorities.
Coordinate Lean/ Ops Excellence components deployment.
Continue to drive Ops Excellence capability development through deployment of progressively advanced aspects of component methodologies.
Achieve long term Cl objectives through cross functional alignment of all resources toward shared goals.
Teach, coach, and demonstrate proficiency in Lean/Ops Excellence concepts and systematic approach, including strategy development & deployment (SOD), core components, Zero Loss mindset and all related methodologies/ tools.
Lead and facilitate breakthrough Kaizen events.
Lead the Focused Improvement component team.
Develop and grow problem solving capability at all levels.
Drive collaboration with site leadership team to generate, sustain, and deliver a multi-year Cost to Win (CTW) portfolio, oversee governance processes, and optimization of the site loss Landscape.
Coordinate activity of all component teams and focused improvement project teams to eliminate loss, according to strategic goals.
Meet or exceed CtW (Cost to Win) goals through leading and /or supporting Focused Improvement team savings projects driven by loss awareness and maturing loss landscape.
Create and manage Cl budget.
Immediate supervisor of TPM/Lean/Ops Excellence Factory Engineers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in implementing, and strong knowledge of, TPM/OP EX/ Lean and Six Sigma business systems.
Six sigma black belt certification preferred.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical degree 7-10 years expertise as with TPM/LEAN/OPEX management experience out of a top Fortune 100 CPG or related / Only top candidates out of highly elite, forward thinking top global mfg co's (P&G, Unilever, J&J, Energizer, etc) 5 years in operations/production management again with a progressive top mfg company.
Strong technical / engineering and project management experience Expertise as a Production System practitioner preferred Progressive, Growth focused Plant leadership experience/expertise with TPM/Lean/CI or OpEx running a highly elite team, managing an elite Operational Excellence community at all levels of manufacturing, operations, production Recommended Skills Business Systems Coaching And Mentoring Communication Continuous Quality Improvement (Cqi) Customer Experience Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
