As an Area Leader you are responsible for direct and coordinate the workforce to maximize productivity, operate as efficiently as possible, adhere to and uphold outlined safety and quality expectations.

Roles and
Responsibilities:
Directs the workforce in order to complete order requirements and required shipping schedules Enforces a safety-first culture correcting unsafe conditions where possible.
Report any safety infractions/corrections to salaried management Assists operators with questions regarding quality, order specifications and scheduling Reacts to machinery breakdowns by directing repairs when possible, arranging for outside repairs or reassignment of personnel as needed Adjusts to personnel requirements to provide necessary staffing coverage on key pieces of equipment Train new employees and existing employees as opportunities present themselves Assume short-term responsibility for management absences as requested All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice Recommended Skills Machinery Scheduling Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
