Present training materials for virtual learning to support call center functions including, but not limited to:
system, process, policies, product/service, and customer interaction skills Facilitate transition of new hires from training to work environment, ensuring competency levels meet business need Monitor, track, and record employee training participation Conduct post training surveys Performs other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills, with expertise in virtual training methods Ability to coach and mentor effectively Proficient knowledge in MS Office programs, Internet browsing, etc.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task effectively High energy, self-motivated, flexible, creative, and adaptable to working in a rapidly changing environment Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure Able to build rapport and listen attentively to the needs of trainees Resolution oriented Good organizational, time management and follow-up skills Ability to be flexible in work schedule including nights and weekends
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years Call Center experience preferred Prior leadership experience in Call Center environment preferred Experience with virtual training tools preferred Experience with remote agents preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
