Job Description:
This role will be a key contributor in supporting our ongoing efforts to manage our marketing content, aligning the necessary disclosure content with various assets.
Focus will be on mapping content disclosures to an enterprise disclosure glossary.
Role
Responsibilities:
Ability to research, verify, and enter data into source application.
Eye for detail with the ability to check source documents for accuracy.
Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Update data and delete unnecessary files.
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
Enter data from source documents into prescribed application/electronic format.
Check completed work for accuracy.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Required Skills:
High school diploma.
Data entry experience required.
Experience within Workfront is helpful, but not required.
Formal computer training an advantage, basic computer skills required.
Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Teams.
Comfortable with Excel, OneNote, and OneDrive.
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $17 to $25/hr.
Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location and industry.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
