The operating room (OR) runs as a team every person on the team has an important role that has a direct impact on the patient.
Your success in this role comes from your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with a team taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process.
Prepare the operating room for assigned surgical procedures with proper instrumentation and sterilization Navigate the nuances of surgical procedures and surgeons you'll be supporting Adapt to the needs of emergency situations Provide clean-up and turnover of operating room to prepare for next patient Qualifications Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program American Heart Association BLS is required upon hire.
