The Catalyst Team is seeking an RPA Technical Lead to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
Senior Technical Lead Intelligent Automation
Lead the technical design and implementation of RPA projects using Power Automate and Microsoft Cloud technologies.
Work closely with project managers business analysts and other stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Define and implement best practices for RPA development testing and deployment.
Mentor and provide guidance to RPA developers on the team.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems.
Monitor and measure the performance of RPA solutions identifying opportunities for improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest RPA trends and technologies and integrate them as appropriate.
Deliver training and support to end-users during office hours.
Ability to assist citizen developer team.
Experience
5
years of experience in RPA development with a strong focus on Power Automate
Proven experience leading large-scale RPA projects.
Strong technical background in software development including experience with C# JavaScript or other programming languages.
Strong experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azure Dynamics 365 Power Platform etc.
Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism or others is beneficial.
Strong understanding of RPA architecture and best practices
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in delivering Automation and Citizen training.
Must have minimum bachelor's in computer science Computer Engineering or equivalent level of education.
