We are currently looking for members to join our Maintenance Team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
On-call (Primary - one day a week, one weekend a month) General Maintenance & Repair Basic Electrical Work Basic Plumbing Some Carpentry Repair, Mud & Tape Drywall Drain Clearing Experience a plus Skills & Abilities:
Ability to use a Ladder Can't be afraid of Heights Ability to lift 50 lbs required.
Transportation & Equipment:
Valid Driver's License Reliable Vehicle with Current Tags Mileage is paid for Current Car Insurance Tools needed to complete the Work Benefits Available after 60 Days Dental Insurance Paid Holidays 6 Major Holidays Paid Time Off PTO - 6 Days per calendar year starting January 1st.
Benefits Available after 1 Year PTO increased to 11 Days per calendar year starting January 1st, will accumulate at the higher rate starting on your anniversary date.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
