Identity & Access Analyst - Saviynt
Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire a mid-senior level Identity/Access Analyst to join our client's Security & Access team! We need someone who is process-focused and can influence decisions across teams and functional areas.
This person will need some experience with Saviynt.
Previous application security experience, especially with SAP, is highly desirable but not required.
Experience gathering business requirements, driving projects to completion, and communicating effectively will be critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
oInteract with functional, technical, and support teams to design, document, and implement business-driven security solutions, including user account & role design, authorizations, transactions, and reports.
oGather and document business requirements, work with Project Management and Business Process teams to deliver security projects, track progress and communicate status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
oBachelor's degree in a computer-related field such as IT Security, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)o3-5 years of related work experience (Information Security, Access Management, etc.
) beyond the classroom requiredoSome experience with the development and maintenance of information systems, infrastructure, applications, databases, and other data center technologiesoExperience managing and configuring Saviynt and its application modules with a security and enterprise-minded focus.
oUnderstanding user lifecycle (JML) management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and user recertification.
oProficiency in creating and maintaining access and identity management-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
oKnowledge of role-based access controls (RBAC) and attribute-based access controls (ABAC) and their utilization in an enterprise setting.
oKnowledge of role mining and role engineering methodologies to design and optimize RBAC modelsIntake Questions:

This person will need to have a passion for Identity access.

Ability to mitigate risk.
Pure Analyst role.
Core fundamentals are a must.
Heavy documentation, documenting work flows and processes and ability to explain/communicate w non-technical members.
Bug and Ticketing management.
Future Enhancements and models the company may inquire.
Working Tickets, checking systems.
A related - gathering business requirements, driving projects to completion, and communicating effectively will be critical to success in this role 50/60.
Potential projects may come down the pipeline.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
