QA/BA (hands-on / Driver than facilitator) Some on who worked in BillingCenter and dealt with Ledger transactions.
Some one who can analyze the mappings/cash transactions.
Having a good BillingCenter eco system knowledge.
Being BillingCenter related work with QA background can be trained too.
Rsource should be more of QA specialist who had extensive experience working with Business Analysts, system analysts and other stake holders.
