Summary of Key
Responsibilities:
Business requirements Make the store schedule, with limited weekend requirements Place a weekly product order Complete a store inventory weekly Handle cash deposits, and ensure proper records are kept Monitor store sales trends and individual barista's performance Hire and manage team members Build relationships with customers Leadership Nurture a positive work culture with staff members Provide coaching and direction for the team Set goals for the barista team Hire, promote, and correct baristas as needed Ensure exceptional customer service, with a customer comes first attitude Ability to solve problems independently during high volume times Engage baristas in meeting performance indicators Compensation Base salary Paid time off Monthly bonuses for exceeding sales goals Free drinks on shift We are looking for someone who can operate with a high level of independence.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
