Within the Scooter's Coffee brand sits Harvest Roasting, which includes our warehouse, bakery, and roastery.
Harvest Roasting serves as the supplier to all of our coffeehouse locations, including corporate and franchise owned, providing weekly product deliveries of the vast majority of products needed for daily business.
For us, the focus is on quality; therefore, we handle all the roasting, shipping, baking, and packaging within Harvest Roasting.

The successful candidate will be expected to work in person on all scheduled work days and must reside in Omaha, NE DESCRIPTION The Production Lead is responsible for ensuring the bakery team meets deadlines and efficiency goals while ensuring quality, and compliance.
The Production Lead is responsible for being a leadership resource to team members, providing knowledge, experience, motivation, support, and advice.
The Lead is responsible for knowing proper procedure for Bakery Associates and ensuring compliance of these procedures.
The Production Lead will be responsible for properly training new team members and getting them acclimated to the bakery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES o Evaluate current processes and recommend operational changes as needed o Continually assess risks within the bakery and take action to minimize them o Ensure all safety procedures are followed o Resolve daily production problems o Provide daily, on the job feedback and coaching to employees o Ensure all employees are properly trained, conducting training where gaps are found o Facilitate and encourage team participation o Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocols.
o Recommend and implement cost saving measures o Heavy lifting, repetitive motion, standing for long periods at a time QUALIFICATIONS o Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills o Skilled in verbal and written communication o Demonstrated experience in training and motivating team members o Project management knowledge o Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10
o Strong math skills o Basic understanding of computers and Microsoft office o Expected learn production and warehouse systems in place.
o Strong aptitude for safety.
