Maintenance Technician Position

Brief description of Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience within the maintenance and property management industry, and the ability to demonstrate superior customer service.
Key Accountabilities for this Role:
General maintenance including:
Parts run Work orders -general maintenance at scattered site properties throughout the day.
Anything from plumbing, light electrical, to light HVAC.
Anything requiring a license will be passed on to a licensed vendor.
Turnovers - Part of the job may include painting, junk/debris removal, flooring and other work necessary to turn an apartment unit to a new tenant after a vacancy.
Remodels - Access may do some unit remodeling in-house.
This job may include - but does not necessarily require all the skills to complete - cabinet work, painting, vinyl flooring, hardware, faucet and fixture installation, trim and woodwork.
Provide other general property maintenance duties Knowledge, Experience, Education Requirements:
True people person with passion for maintenance and property management.
Highest degree of professionalism at all times.
Minimum 2
years of experience in maintenance and/or property management.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Some overtime/on-call services may be required.
Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Superior time management skills.
Thrive while working in a fast-paced environment.
