Candidate must be self motivated and have working knowledge and experience in home maintenance to include drywall repair, painting, light plumbing and electrical and carpentry.
Must have reliable transportation and tools, a valid driver's license and a good driving record with insurance.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Basic knowledge of trades required to help with repairs and maintenance on rental properties Prepare vacant units to include painting, cleaning, minor repairs, carpentry Ability to climb stairs and/or ladders.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Ability to pass a criminal background check Our office is located at 6502 N 30 St in North Omaha.

Part-Full time as job needs dictate - hourly based upon experience.
