As a Residential and Facility Maintenance Technician your day-to-day schedule will change as you maintain our various residential group homes and small offices in and around Lincoln.
This position will be hourly with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package with additional perks.
The pay range starts at $18 and goes up based on Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.

Responsibilities:
Handyman responsible for general home repairs and maintenance work Perform daily service calls consisting of installing outlets, switches, toilet flappers, faucets, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, shower heads, cabinet doors and drawers, light fixtures, smoke detectors, filter changes and other commons items in residential homes.
Performs property maintenance including painting, drywall, door/windows, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, and scheduled maintenance that is not covered by property owner Maintains all community buildings and common areas, including our offices, building walkways, and recreation areas Adhere to safety standards and building codes Respond to service orders and performs all duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor Ensures resident satisfaction by completing service orders in a prompt and organized manner including emergency service orders Record and maintain accurate records (work orders, receipts, purchase orders) and material management Identify innovative solutions to maintenance issues and exercising discretion and independent judgment to ensure projects are completed timely Remaining solution-oriented when challenges arise Promote a positive image of the agency and the individuals we support Residential and Facility Maintenance Technician Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required Experience in commercial or residential maintenance including basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, door/window repair/replacement, Drywall Repair including patching and caulking, and other general home repairs Associate's degree in construction management; certification as a plumber and/or electrician or similar certification preferred but not required At least 21 years of age Have valid and unexpired driver's license and auto insurance Excellent Communication Ability to work independently and have own tools Does this sound like the perfect profession for you?
