Responsibilities:
Order equipment and manage outstanding jobs Review all job costs after completion to ensure accuracy for payroll Confirm scheduled installation dates with customers and coordinate subcontractors.
Performs audits of KPI progress and run all financing on completed jobs while communicating with managers.
Register equipment for all manufacture warranties.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on department accomplishments and post job follow us.
Assist managers in all company meetings and training courses.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1
years of office experience (preferably in the HVAC field) A high school diploma or GED.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products Must have the ability to speak to customers and employees of the organization.
Detail oriented and motivated Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks Job Type:
