Risk and Financial Advisory (RFA):
The Advisory L&D team of consists of 50
professionals supporting learning for nearly 23,000 Advisory professionals who provide organizations with a complete spectrum of services related to financial transactions, helping them embrace change, grow their business, accelerate performance, and emerge resilient following periods of change, disruption, financial difficulty or crisis.
Work you'll do Within our Development Center of Excellence, you will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities.
Responsibilities may include:
Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes Review deliverables for accuracy and quality Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at Deloitte Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems The Successful Candidate Will Possess Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed virtual environment Ability to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution Strong understanding of adult learning principles/previous instructional design experience, a plus Experience working in a learning and development organization is beneficial Prior consulting or professional services experience, preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum 6 years of related professional experience Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Demonstrated project and program management

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400 to $165,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
