1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts What does a Production Associate do at Fiserv? As a Production Operator at Fiserv, you'll be trained on how to set-up and operate different printing and insert machines.
You will perform quality checks, respond to equipment error messages, confirm quantity produced, and ensure the batch is accurate per the order ticket.
You will work with associates in a team effort to further company goals concerning productivity, safety, security, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in team cross-training including learning different machines and equipment.
What you will need to have:
Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation) and uses hands to handle, finger, or feel objects and to perform keyboarding Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift between 20 to 50 pounds Successful performance requires good vision including close vision for accurate attention to detail Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays What would be great to have:
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in a fast paced, high volume production environment and understanding of production concepts.
A team player that works well with others but can also work independently.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
