Key
Responsibilities:
Deliver the best insurance rates based on criteria for new customers.
Provide friendly and accurate customer service to our clients in a timely manner with policy changes, billing concerns, and make necessary changes to existing policies.
Review current coverages upon policy renewal.
Build honest and outstanding relationships with customers.
