About the job (varied based on client account):
You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on the activity at your assigned location.
You provide rapid response in critical situations.
You're good at reading and writing detailed reports.
You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Company on-the-job training provided.
Vehicle access control responsibilities.
Monitoring CCTV (closed circuit television) systems.
Other security-related duties as assigned.
Perform foot patrols of client accounts (inside/outside).
Console lobby responsibilities.
Vehicle patrols of client facilities/properties through the use of company patrol vehicles during shift hours.
Your background:
You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
You're able to pass an extensive screening process.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong customer service and communication skills are a must.
Ability to interact and communicate with the general public.
Excellent situational awareness and attention to detail.
Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces, including natural ground in varying weather conditions.
Constant physical effort, including standing, is required during normal work hours of at least eight hours per day.
You have a driver's license and an impeccable driving record (only required for positions that operate company vehicles during work hours).
