Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description Smith Kroeger, a full-service advertising agency located in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Business Manager and CAO.
This position serves as our top financial executive, and is responsible for billing of all clients, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, HR recordkeeping, as well as the production of management reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Our Business Manager is a member of our senior leadership team and participates in strategic and tactical decisions for the company.
Assists with the development of revenue streams by providing profitability analysis and other counsel.
The position will report directly to our CEO.
Qualifications required are a bachelor's degree in accounting or business, with at least five years' experience leading an accounting or administrative team.
Meaningful experience in a business manager or similar role may be an adequate substitute for a degree.
Media experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
