The Front Office Manager is the first point of contact for the customer, so we are looking for a professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to superior customer service, and a strong grasp of technology.
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple receptionists and ensuring that guests feel comfortable upon arrival.
As an organization, we're very customer-service oriented and as Front Office Manager you will be expected to lead by example and ensure that all team members are maintaining our high standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide general customer service.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Maintain inventory levels of equipment and supplies.
Manage security systems and staff.
Monitor departmental budgets and expenditures.
Hire, train, and supervise employees.
Ensure that the rest of the staff performs its duties satisfactorily.
