In this role you will Be the primary contributor to FP&A processes for the company, reporting to the controller.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
Development of forecasts on key business metrics (revenue, inventory, etc.
) Assist with implementation of budgeting processes and budget functionality Assist business units with the annual budget process, develop standard templates and processes, and provide historical trending analysis Responsible for tracking budget and actual expense information Developing and maintaining financial analysis processes and reporting needed including monthly financial variances, forecasting, costing, key metrics and trends Analyze results with explanations for growth and/or decline spikes, changes in trend and budget to actual variances Create and maintain reporting for inventory costing and COGS trends Participate in month-end close process Assist in the development of capex and fixed asset processes Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for business units as required.
Compensation:
$60,000-90,000 (Dependent on Experience) Bonus Eligible Location:

Full-time, Non-Exempt Schedule:
Hybrid work schedule, 2-4 days work from home Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 5-7 years of financial or business related analysis experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements Advanced MS Excel skills, including vlookup, pivot tables, and powerquery Worked with BI tools and other data visualization software Experience with data management, including data validation and auditing Strong communication skills; can translate data findings to various users Keen eye for process and a curiosity to understand how things fit together This position is based in Omaha, NE.
Ability to work on-site 2 days/week required.
