Must be a experienced chef Create dishes and menus featuring hyper-seasonal ingredients for day to day operations, special and seasonal events, while staying on brand Full control and grasp over all menu(s), meal periods and standard DANTE Standard dishes Interface, connect and work with farmers and producers for fresh, local product Maintain the highest standards in quality and cleanliness Staff / Leadership:
Able to delegate tasks to kitchen team effectively and efficiently Coach, develop and improve all team members Make all staffing decisions for the back of the house Technology:
Have experience or willing to learn working with google, google sheets, google docs and gmail Understand and utilize technological systems to better serve the team and guests Quick Apply.
