What does a great Manager, Client Implementations I do? The Manager, Client Implementations is a vital role at Fiserv Output Solutions (FOS) that significantly contributes to its overall business success. You are responsible for all aspects of new client implementations, changes to existing business as well as training all levels of the FOS organization and external clients on successful implementation processes. You will play a key role in ensuring that FOS implementation and release strategy is successful, followed and improved when and where necessary - bettering our processes, tools, methods and resources is a key effort. You will have end-to-end authority and accountability over the deployment of project management methodology once a project is accepted into the FOS organization. You will oversee multiple projects and project resources to ensure that the quality and success of our projects are consistent, and repeatable. You will contribute as a client-facing representative of the company and our professional services organization. You will lead a team and guide individual associates in career growth. As a Manager, Client Implementations I, you can look forward to:
Responsible for the installation of Fiserv products and systems and the conversion of client data and systems to complete functionality. Plans, organizes, assigns, directs and evaluates the work of project teams engaged in solution delivery. Acts as liaison with Clients and other departments, divisions, and organizations. Ensures that the design, scope and high level estimates for client solutions are appropriate and strategic. Provides overall leadership, direction and advice to the project teams. Approves project deliverables, changes to project scope, schedule, and staffing hours. Accepts responsibility for problems escalated from the team members. Reviews / approves weekly timesheets in a timely fashion. Reports on activities of the program, via various documents and program review meetings. Ensures timely reporting and approval of billing is in place Implements program management standards to ensure client satisfaction. Uses strong analytic skills to solve problems and make decisions based on limited precedents or guidelines Provides input for making resource decisions that affect a department and location. Has direct reports and is responsible for reviews and evaluations. Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
o Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent field or related experience. o PMP credential is desirable. o Minimum of 10 years with emphasis on customer service and/or information technology solutions or equivalent education/experience. o 2 plus years managing a team of at least 5 resources. o Exceptional MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint. o Working experience with Power BI and SharePoint Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
. o Strong communication skills, oral and written. o Proven ability to successfully manage a team. o Self-directed and collaborative approach to devolving solutions and issuing resolutions. o Demonstrated ability to assess critical situations and act quickly to address them. o Healthcare industry experience a plus. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
