Job Description Summary The Investor Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing reports and remittances in accordance with servicing agreements/guidelines. Prepare and process timely and accurate reporting/remitting to our investors in accordance with the investor servicing agreements/guidelines and company policies each cycle. Possesses knowledge of mortgage lending functions within the division at the appropriate level. May participate in department/business unit projects. Performs a variety of duties related to Servicing functions while providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers and needs for legally enforceable contractual agreements are met, while satisfying all internal and external regulatory requirements. Communicates with management regarding workflow, policy, and procedures. Essential Job Functions Prepares Bank and Investor Reconciliations and Research and clear bank reconciling items in a timely manner and in accordance with the investor guidelines. Serve as a point of contact for all internal and external questions regarding reports and remittances. Works with the supervisors and managers to handle the more difficult and complex work assignments when needed. Maintains a working knowledge of standards, procedures, and technical operations in at least two functions within the business unit. Reviews problems requiring research and ensures resolution is done in an accurate and timely manner. Displays the ability to properly plan workday, including efficiency techniques and prioritizations, ensuring predefined timelines for turnaround are met. Other Job Duties May participate in department and/or business unit projects such as workflow or software testing. Performs other duties as assigned.#LI-TS1 Qualifications Required Experience Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education. Requires 7 years of related work experience with knowledge of mortgage servicing practices and processes. Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Ability to troubleshoot business scenarios/issues. Accounting experience or related training required. Previous investor reporting experience, including experience with the various investor specific websites, applications and tools. Experience in resolving data issues and ability to understand the flow between accounting and reporting systems. Experience in reviewing, updating and implementing new processes and procedures as required, to enhance operational controls. Participate in department projects to ensure completion. Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment with a remote working environment. Works well under pressure. Initiative in Self Development. A proven ability to multi-task. Strong and proven problem solving skills. High degree of attention to detail. Extensive DDA and GL reconciliation experience. Willingness to research, analyze and solve complex problems Assist with preparation of audit documentation Responsible for special project research, documentation and analysis. Analytical mindset Strong Communication Skills - Written and Verbal Education Four-year degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Investments, Banking, Loans & InsuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
