The Global Business and Information Services (GBIS) organization is partnering with the departments to promote new capabilities, while exploring and activating some of the latest new technology to support the strategy. We are looking for a person who is passionate about data that can identify and seize opportunities to provide recommendations for our partners. Someone who is motivated, builds culture, and inspires others. This professional can build data and reporting strategies and knows how to break down and redesign processes. You Will:
Study and interpret Consumer Care data to understand problems and opportunities and present findings that improve understanding, agreement, and action/resolution for business partners and leadership Work with multiple partners across the organization including Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Product Developers, Packaging, and Brand to create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI. Help translate requirements into Power BI reporting requirements and develop reports to support it. Work with users and team members at all levels to enhance existing reports and reporting capabilities and report distribution. Recommend and establish technical/strategic processes to enhance CRM (Salesforce) and Business Intelligence (Power BI) Implement a strategy for training on self-service reporting. Manage and facilitate training in reporting systems and tools. Work with business teams to keep an eye on product and industry updates and trends. Lead projects on time, within budget, and defect-free while holding team members accountable for accurate execution of assigned tasks Ensure report output is aligned with company data governance processes. Informally lead team, giving guidance, training support and peer coaching Resolve conflict and act as escalation contact for business partners You Have:
Bachelor's degree in business related field 4- 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field 2 years' experience in strategic reporting and visualization design Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with Power BI or related visualization tool (Tableau, Domo, Qlik) with the ability to build and consume data visualizations including complex functions such as DAX measures, queries, and more Experience with big data with an ability to summarize findings and recommendations #LI-SM1 #LI-Hybrid Our

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
