Overview Summary The Director, Sales Operations will provide efficient business administration support with a focus on winning, and a commitment to integrity and keeping our internal and external customer needs and business goals first and foremost. Must possess strong leadership and communication skills. Accountable for direct supervision of some support resources. Responsible for managing revenue forecast and financial reporting in conjunction with the other members of the leadership team. Responsibilities Essential Functions Provides primary point of contact for interactions with parent company shared services, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing and FP&A Develops and provides reports to sales leadership Assists VP, Sales with design and implementation of sales processes Handles on-boarding and orienting new GAM'S, MASR'S and ISR'S Manages and provides training and work direction Provides direct sales support to the Government Account Managers Works closely with CEO, VP, Sales and MASRs to monitor and achieve monthly revenue forecast commitment Keeps company advised on policies, procedures, and objectives to ensure communication among all teams Coordinates and assists with all marketing activities Keeps team informed on campaigns, sales promotions, training, and processes Develops lead information and distributes to the sales team Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities Motivates direct reports to perform at a high level Coordinates all sales meetings for the organization Helps coordinate internal processes for ISO 9001:
2015 compliance Manages and directs work associated with federal compliance matters Manages C1GS GSA Schedule Participates in special projects or campaigns designed to develop interest and attention Supports marketing activities such as trade shows, seminars and events Keeps well informed on industry changes, participates where possible in organizations directly involved with our prime markets, and continually works to keep sales and support team updated Serves as a point of escalation for sales and support team Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Five years of successful technology sales experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Desired/Preferred Qualifications Marketing experience Experience with sales pipeline management tools, i.e. Salesforce
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
