The PetIQ Digital Paid Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital paid media plans that drive business results. This exciting position requires an individual to build and manage a high-performing team in a collaborative, fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. What you will be doing:
50% Strategic Planning Establish an in-house paid media planning and activation team, including hiring talent Responsible for developing integrated, omnichannel paid media strategies and plans Accountable for internal and external communication to support digital media planning and activation Collaborate with Brand and Sales teams, as well as the Digital Marketing team for strategic planning, insights and optimizations 25% Media Execution Lead in-house planning and activation team focused on paid search and paid social channels Manage implementation, monitoring, testing, optimization, experimentation, and reporting to meet campaign goals. Set digital paid media key performance indicators and hold team accountable Collaborate with the team to identify and recommend potential strategic pivots and optimizations Develop and maintain relationships with external partners (vendors, DSPs, etc.) 15% Supervision Build team and create team processes to improve operational workflows Reinforce and build upon best practices for digital paid media strategy, campaign management, ad operations, and reporting Hire, train, motivate and develop the careers of the digital paid media team 10% Learning and Development Fine-tune paid media strategy and optimization concepts, technology, and tasks Maintain a steep and steady learning curve toward subject-matter expertise Continue to advance your digital paid media knowledge Advance and develop your understanding of planning tools, processes, and systems Minimal Requirements 5
years of work experience in digital marketing or related experience 3
years of work experience in digital media planning/account management 2
years of work experience in paid search, paid social and online media campaigns (direct or agency management) Preferred Qualifications Experience in the pet category is a plus Education Requrements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
