DUTIES:
Design, develop, implement, and support the production of software applications and solution tools. Gather and interpret business requirements and convert them into COBOL programming. Consult with project teams and functional units on the design of important projects and services. Collaborate with IT teams and business partners to develop technical solutions. Provide appropriate testing and ensure timely delivery of technical solution as needed. Support existing business system applications for the Financial Services team and answer user inquiries. Provide 24/7 production support and resolve problems within the service level agreements. Provide support for integration and Client User Acceptance testing. Prepare test plan and test data for assigned work. Conduct unit/ program tests and apply solutions as necessary. Assist with performance testing, regression testing, requirement review, design review, code review, test results review and documentation before deployment and implementation. Perform post enhancement implementation analysis for the releases. Utilize COBOL; JCL; VSAM; CICS; DB2; INTERTEST; ENDEVOR; CA-FILEMASTER and ISPF.
REQTS:
Must have Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Information Technology Management, or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, or as a Software Engineering-Team Lead; Software Engineer; or a related position. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience with:
Performing post enhancement implementation analysis; Answering user inquires; Gathering business requirements into COBOL Programming; coding and testing before deployment and implementation; ISPF; JCL; VSAM; CICS; DB2; INTERTEST; ENDEVOR; and CA-FILEMASTER.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
