Responsibilities
Work along side senior management in marketing space to local, regional and national firms. Tremendous salary/compensation potential. Business to business sales experience a must. Real property experience is not required.
Conduct market research to determine appropriate prospective tenants
Stay abreast of the market trends and competition in each area/region of our holdings
Conduct high volume cold calls to identify appropriate decision makers and stakeholders
Meet with area real estate brokers and business owners to introduce our property offerings
Generate leads, drive attendance to scheduling meetings and qualify leads
Submit proposals
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Professional, energetic personality and phone presence
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to work independently
Proven sales record in business to business environment
