Our growth creates this opportunity as we recruit a The Service Administrator & Dispatcher.
This position will coordinate field activities and staff by delivering assignments, instructions, and alerts via the organization's communications network.
Service Administrator & Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
1.
Schedules, dispatches, and deploys staff, vehicles, and/or units based on communications/PMs received.
2.
Manages/reviews work in progress daily and ensures timely completion of all planned maintenance service.
3.
Open and process work orders from incoming customer service calls and calls from resident technicians using our scheduling software.
4.
Sourcing parts for Planned Maintenance Services 5.
Adeptly uses multi-line telephone system, mobile phones, GPS systems, and other communications methods and networks.
6.
Processing work orders and approve and post technician labor.
7.
Working in a fast-paced environment with a need to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
8.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Service Administrator & Dispatcher Requirements:
1.
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
2.
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
3.
Outstanding customer service.
4.
Enhanced ability to multi-task while prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.
5.
Attention to detail and sound problem-solving.
6.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
7.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
8.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
