We are a small firm, but we get big results.
We are looking for someone who works well with others and can jump in to tackle whatever challenge or task the day presents.
We are currently looking for someone to work part time daily.
This may move to a full time position in the future with the possibility for advancement.
Important Skills Include:
Excellent phone rapport Word processing and formatting Ability to communicate over multiple platforms including phone, e-mail, letter, and fax Attention to detail Customer service skills Enjoys jumping in and trying new things Strong proof-reading skills Ability to multi task Positive, upbeat attitude even in a stressful environment Discretion to maintain client confidentiality Daily Tasks Include (but not limited to):
Answering phones Handling potential new client leads Scanning documents Speaking with clients about case status Requesting medical records Preparing communication (letters, e-mails, and faxes) from transcription and sending them to the appropriate party.
Filing paperwork Assisting the attorney as needed with various office tasks.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
