6K a year 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago The HR and Marketing associate performs administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Bank's human resources and marketing departments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Human Resource Duties Provides administrative assistance to the human resources director as determined by the HR director.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processing, etc.
Refers more complex questions to the HR director or management.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure FDICIA compliance and that all required employee documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Assists with payroll functions including processing, answer employee inquiries, fixing processing errors and system maintenance.
Processes terminations and schedules exit interviews.
Assists with new employee onboarding, including applicant tracking, new hire orientation and improving new hire processes.
Assists with Human Resource Information System (Paycom) maintenance as needed.
Assists with implementation of bank wide training and development initiatives.
Various administrative duties including but not limited to updating and adding new job descriptions, maintaining company organizational charts, preparing presentations, and training materials, maintaining bank holiday schedule, etc.
Assists with annual processes including but not limited to benefits enrollment, government reporting, assigning annual employment policies, audit requests, etc.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organizational wide meetings, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, and community involvement initiatives.
Works closely with the finance team to assist with monthly insurance deductions, billing, and employee insurance maintenance.
Marketing Duties Responsible for a wide variety of ongoing projects within the marketing department.
Assists in coordination of marketing activities in advertising, promotion, sales, research, community involvement and new product introductions.
Assists with creating and proofreading flyers, forms, brochures, emails, and lobby displays.
Works with compliance to ensure all advertisements follow bank rules and regulations.
Collaborates with marketing team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns.
Coordinates supply orders and maintain company online ordering stores and maintain relationships with vendors.
Maintain social media, websites, statement advantage, email marketing, intranet, and other media platforms.
Other Duties Identify and escalate transactions or information related to suspicious activity to the BSA department.
Perform duties according to established bank policies and procedures to comply with bank controls.
Various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Two years of college or equivalent in marketing, human resources, business relations, or consumer relations.
Six months of banking or human resource, marketing advertising, communications, or public relations experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Light Work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry or otherwise move objects.
Job involves sitting most of the time and walking and standing some of the time.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
