Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and successful onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints, providing fair and timely resolutions.
Performance Management:
Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and annual performance reviews.
Work closely with managers to address performance issues and support employee development.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops on various HR-related topics.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Provide assistance to employees regarding benefits inquiries and claims.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and ensure company compliance.
HRIS Management:
Oversee the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Employee Engagement:
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Organize and participate in company-wide events and activities.
Safety, Compliance, and Lead Safety Meetings:
Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure a secure and healthy work environment.
Lead safety meetings to disseminate important safety information, discuss potential risks, and engage employees in safety initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
HR certification (e.
g.
, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Experience with Rippling is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
