WHAT YOU WILL DO:
In this role, you will directly supervise a team of Recruiting Supervisors responsible for the management of our hiring team in an assigned geographic area.
Your primary focus will be the leadership and compliance of your team as well as direct oversight of Hiring Coordinators in a small geographic area.
Train, coach, teach, and evaluate team members reporting to you while guiding the training, coaching, teaching, and evaluation skills of the Recruiting Supervisors reporting to you.
Supervise the activities of your team as it relates to attracting and evaluating candidates for open positions through pre-approved recruitment methods while evaluating potential new recruitment methods with the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team.
Collaborate with Corporate Talent Acquisition to review and approve job advertisements while maintaining organized records for effectiveness and return on investment of each, as well as ensuring ads are opened and closed based on business needs.
Maintain and track trends across the geographic area you support as it relates to hiring activity, sourcing activities, and overall compliance.
Conduct regular hiring office audits as well as analyzing the results of your direct reports' audits in conjunction with KPI performance reviews to track, trend, and analyze the overall efficacy and compliance of your team including offboarding, cross-boarding, onboarding and post-onboarding compliance measures.
Evaluate resumes, applications, and hiring documentation required throughout the onboarding of new hires with your team and for a select group of roles you will directly recruit for.
Coordinate hiring activity coverage for staff PTO, LOA, turnover, absences, and smaller markets with no assigned hiring personnel.
Meet key metrics; evaluate results for predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic analytics; and prepare/communicate status updates as needed for leadership, operations, and/or Corporate HR.
Collaborate with Operations Management providing support and guidance to plant leadership as it relates to staffing, hiring, and HR compliance needs.
Ensure proper and consistent application and compliance with all aspects of policies, procedures, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities as well as local compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Perform other duties and projects as needed and assigned.
YOUR MUST HAVES:
Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Minimum of 2 years of experience hiring hourly staff Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a team Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

This position may be based out of your professional home office with frequent travel to our hiring locations in a traditional office setting AND/OR in a Food Production Plant that includes hot/cold, wet/dry environments requiring the use of PPE.
This position will also require some travel to support the grassroots recruiting activity with networking efforts within the community (requires driving to multiple plants, hiring offices, job fairs, and networking opportunities within the market you support).
