- Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to:
- Installing & Repairing siding - Installation of doors and windows - Assisting with remodeling projects - Assisiting with construction estimating tasks - Assisting with attic and bathroom fan installation - Welding and metalwork - Operating heavy equipment - Drywall and finishing surfaces - Utilizing hand tools for various construction tasks
Qualifications:
- 5 years of previous experience in construction - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills - Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time - Must be open to learning about Residential and Commercial Roofing.
Must be okay with climbing ladders and scaling up to 3 story buildings.
